On December 28-29-30 and  January 4 -5, VICIVISION service support from Italy is active from 9.00  to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 17.00.
On December 31 from 9.00 to 12.00.
On December 24-25 and January 1 and 6, the service will be suspended.

The service is carried out not only with the aid of conventional instruments but also through tele-service to verify the operation of the plants, identify faulty conditions indicated by the operator and update software.
